We are looking for a proactive and energetic Stores Executive to join our growing manufacturing team in the Woven PP Sacks industry. If you are someone who understands inventory discipline, material handling, inward/outward processes, and wants to grow in a high-paced industrial environment — this role is for you.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professionally managed manufacturing setup involved in large-scale production and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement
- Manage inward & outward material entries
- Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Monitor raw material, consumables, finished goods, and scrap inventory
- Ensure proper material stacking, labeling, and storage practices
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain GRN, challans, gate passes, and store documentation
- Follow FIFO and inventory control systems
- Ensure minimum wastage and stock losses
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety in stores
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in manufacturing/store operations preferred
✔ Experience in Woven PP Sacks / Packaging / Plastic Industrial units is a strong advantage
✔ Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/software entries
✔ Good coordination and communication skills
✔ Responsible, honest, and process-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-moving factory environment
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma holder
- Experience: 2–5 years preferred
- Fresh energetic candidates with strong learning attitude may also apply
