Job Purpose: The store keeper is responsible for all Store operations including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records of materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, goods, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery challans.
· Maintain stock records and inventory registers.
· Issue materials against approved requisitions.
· Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
· Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
· Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety in the store.
· Maintain records of damaged, slow moving, and non-moving inventory items.
· Assist during internal and external audit.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review.
· Ensure compliance with all company procedures, policies and SOPs.
Qualification & Experience:
· Graduate preferred.
· 2-5 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management.
· Real Estate Industry experience preferred
