Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation of inventory movements at Farmland Premium Foods LLP.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the timely processing of sales orders at Farmland Premium Foods LLP.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including packing lists and delivery notes.
- Manage inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Utilize Excel to generate reports and analyze stock data for better inventory planning.
- Ensure that the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply chain delays.
- Support other team members and assist with additional tasks as required by the warehouse manager.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of High School Diploma; a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred at Farmland Premium Foods LLP.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in store/warehouse management or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage inventory efficiently.
- Proven ability to work effectively with warehouse and logistics teams at Farmland Premium Foods LLP.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and coordinating with various departments.
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to inventory management, including lifting and moving stock.
