Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Trainee located in Lucknow. As a Store Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including supporting customer service, maintaining store organization, stocking, and managing inventory. Additional responsibilities include helping with training, ensuring smooth retail sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. You will gain hands-on experience in running and managing store operations while fostering an excellent customer service environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and address inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Organization Skills to maintain smooth store operations, manage inventory, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to aid in Training and supporting team members to uphold service and operational standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for managing day-to-day challenges effectively.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is key.
