Store Supervisor – Job Description
Position: Store Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Salary Offered: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily store and inventory operations efficiently.
- Maintain proper stock records, inward and outward entries, and inventory management.
- Monitor material receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness, and organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
- Conduct regular stock checking and inventory audits.
- Prevent stock shortages, damages, and material wastage.
- Manage store staff and maintain discipline and productivity.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and stock registers accurately.
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are properly followed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or in store/inventory management.
- Good knowledge of inventory handling and stock management systems.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily store operations.
- Basic understanding of material handling, documentation, and reporting.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.

- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and inventory control skills.
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
