Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Supervisor role based in Gopichettipalaiyam. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, monitoring attendance, and ensuring all team members follow service and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include supervising order taking and serving, handling guest queries or concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with the kitchen and purchasing teams, checking stock levels, and reducing wastage. The Store Supervisor will track basic sales and store performance metrics, support training of new team members, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness across the premises.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, shift management, and task delegation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proven focus on customer service and customer satisfaction, with a commitment to resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant or retail operations, including inventory monitoring and cash handling.
- Ability to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or retail supervision is preferred.
- Minimum of a higher secondary school education; additional training or certifications in hospitality or management are an advantage.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
