🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store operations, inventory management, and team supervision, preferably in the Q-commerce, Grocery, or Retail sector.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Shift Management
Ensure smooth execution of daily operations during assigned shifts
Coordinate with team members and manage task allocation effectively
🔹 GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
Perform accurate and timely GRN entries as per SOP
Coordinate with vendors and backend teams to resolve discrepancies
🔹 Store Audit & Inventory Management
Support daily/weekly/monthly audits
Maintain accurate inventory and reduce shrinkage
Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
🔹 Process Compliance
Follow SOPs for returns, damages, and binning processes
Ensure operational discipline and process adherence
🔹 Team Supervision
Lead and monitor store staff performance
Assign daily tasks and maintain productivity & discipline
🔹 Reporting & MIS (Excel)
Prepare store reports using MS Excel
Track inventory movement, damages, and audit data
💡 Key Skills Required
✔ Experience in store operations (Grocery / Retail / E-commerce preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
✔ Understanding of GRN process and stock handling
✔ Familiarity with store audits and inventory control
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts
✔ Process-driven approach
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 1–2 Years in Store Operations / Supervision
Industry Preference: Q-commerce / Grocery / Retail
