Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations within the facility. This includes monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role involves supervising store staff, organizing storage areas for efficiency and safety, and coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support operational requirements. The Store Supervisor will handle vendor and internal stakeholder interactions, address issues related to material availability, and help maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance. The position also requires responding to internal customer needs promptly, assisting with periodic audits, and implementing process improvements in store management.

- Working knowledge of basic computer applications and inventory software, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous, as is familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
