Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to join our team at our Faridabad location. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining adherence to company policies, and ensuring that the store environment is well-organized and efficient. This is an on-site role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing both people and processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee daily operations, manage a team effectively, and ensure organizational compliance.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and commitment to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in inventory management or retail operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is desirable.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
