Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Supervisor at our Coimbatore location. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to ensure the smooth functioning of the store. Responsibilities also include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service. The Store Supervisor will also engage in reporting, team coordination, and implementing operational procedures to meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively
- Demonstrate advanced Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in organizing and keeping track of inventory and store operations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred)
- Ability to solve problems and handle challenges with a customer-first approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is a plus
