Role Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service at bigbasket's Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes responsibilities such as managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, supervising store staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also analyze store performance metrics, implement strategies for improvement, and address customer queries to enhance overall satisfaction. The role calls for leadership and the ability to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and oversee a dynamic store team

- Analytical skills, including data analysis and performance metrics evaluation
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving abilities to address feedback and resolve issues promptly

- Proficiency in store management software and technology tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and prior experience in retail or store management preferred
