Role Description
As a Store Supervisor at bigbasket, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient functioning and a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating store staff, ensuring inventory management, meeting sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. You will also collaborate with team members to implement company policies and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
