Key Responsibilities:
Manage Dark Store operations for BB Now at the assigned location
Own and manage Dark Store (DS) operations with full responsibility for SLA and operational metrics
Lead end-to-end Express Store operations, including:
Inbound operations
Inventory management
Last-mile operations
Manpower planning, rostering, and training
Ensure strict implementation and adherence to SOPs
Monitor store performance and collaborate with operations teams to improve operational and customer experience metrics
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
Lead, manage, and motivate store teams in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate
1–6 years of experience specifically in Dark Store Operations
Strong operational knowledge of Quick Commerce workflows
Proven people management and problem-solving skills
