Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Stylist role based in Gurugram. The Store Stylist will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and curate looks using Mulmul’s collections to create a personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include advising customers on fits, fabrics, and styling options, coordinating outfits for different occasions, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves maintaining store standards, keeping up to date with new arrivals and bestsellers, and providing feedback to the team on customer preferences and trends. The Store Stylist will collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to meet sales goals while offering warm, attentive, and respectful service to all customers.
Qualifications
- Strong styling and fashion sense with the ability to create cohesive looks and advise customers on fits, silhouettes, and trends.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, patient, and inclusive approach to diverse customers.
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to explain product details, fabrics, care instructions, and styling ideas clearly.
- Retail experience in apparel, particularly ethnic or occasion wear, is preferred.
- Organizational skills to maintain visual merchandising standards, manage fitting rooms, and support inventory checks.
- Comfort working on the shop floor full time, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in Indian ethnic wear, craftsmanship, and customer-centric selling; willingness to learn about Mulmul’s products and story.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in fashion, design, retail, or a related field is an advantage.
