Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Store Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail store in Gurugram.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant retail and customer-facing experience. Professionals from luxury gift retail, fashion, lifestyle, home decor, hospitality, and premium gifting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist customers with product selection and bespoke gifting requirements.
• Handle inventory management, stock planning, and replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and luxury store presentation standards.
• Supervise store staff and ensure operational excellence.
• Generate sales reports and coordinate with management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
• 4–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong sales, customer handling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
• Experience in luxury retail, gifting, fashion, home decor, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred.
• Comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
