We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail store in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist customers with premium product selection and bespoke gifting requirements.
• Manage inventory, stock planning, and replenishment.
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Supervise and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with the management team.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Who We're Looking For
• 4–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong sales acumen with outstanding customer relationship skills.
• A well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
• Experience in Luxury Retail, Premium Gifting, Fashion, Lifestyle, Home Décor, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Event Management will be preferred.
• Comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
