Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Sales Executive role based in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. The Store Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers by providing a pleasant and informative shopping experience, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to suitable products. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with store displays, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to achieving sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Building and Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Sales, Up-Selling, and Cross-Selling Skills
- Organizational, Inventory Management, and Attention to Detail Abilities
- Basic Computer Literacy for POS systems and Tracking Tools
- Previous experience in retail, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands, is an advantage
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and knowledge of kidswear or sustainable fashion is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
