Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Store Sales Executive. The role will involve assisting customers in the store by providing expert advice on furniture and decor products, understanding customer needs, and delivering personalized recommendations. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging with customers, explaining product features, handling inquiries, maintaining a welcoming store ambiance, and helping to achieve sales targets. The role requires exceptional service and communication skills to ensure a seamless and delightful shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Product knowledge in furniture or home decor and an understanding of customer preferences.
- Sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales goals, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Customer service orientation, maintaining a customer-first approach, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer and POS skills to ensure smooth transaction handling.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain the store's visual appeal and keep stock well-organized.
- Prior experience in retail sales or a background in furniture/home decor is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
