The Main Avenue is looking for a confident and customer-focused Store Sales Executive for our curated multi-brand retail space in Kolkata.
About The Main Avenue:
The Main Avenue is a premium offline discovery platform for emerging Indian brands across skincare, fragrance, accessories, jewellery, home fragrance, lifestyle and gifting categories.
Role: Store Sales Executive
Location: Kolkata
Type: Full-time / Retail Store Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Explain products, brand stories and offers clearly
• Drive sales through assisted selling
• Maintain product display, cleanliness and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with the billing team and store manager
• Share customer feedback and daily sales updates
Ideal Candidate:
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
• Presentable, confident and polite
• Comfortable interacting with premium customers
• Basic understanding of billing/POS is a plus
