Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide personalized and premium customer service to walk-in clients

✅ Understand customer needs and recommend luxury products accordingly

✅ Achieve individual and store sales targets

✅ Build long-term relationships with high-value customers

✅ Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling

✅ Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet luxury standards

✅ Handle billing, POS transactions, and after-sales service

✅ Manage customer database and follow up on potential leads

✅ Support store events, promotions, and VIP customer visits

✅ Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with inventory team
