About:
Falsa is a contemporary Indian occasion wear label known for handcrafted textiles and timeless designs. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage our boutique and provide an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the store.
* Communicate with clients over WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
* Follow up on customer enquiries and appointments.
* Guide clients through collections and help them choose outfits based on their requirements.
* Coordinate trial appointments, alterations, and order updates.
* Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure garments are displayed neatly.
* Handle billing, basic stock updates, and daily store operations.
* Coordinate with the production team regarding customer orders and delivery timelines.
* Build warm, long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in a boutique, designer store, or premium fashion retail (experience in Shahpur Jat or a similar designer retail environment is preferred).
* Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
* Confident in handling client conversations over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
* Friendly, presentable, and well-groomed.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and billing systems is a plus.
* Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
