Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store & Purchase Incharge, located in Tiruppur. The responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining and organizing store operations, overseeing purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, and monitoring stock levels to meet production demands. The role involves close coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports on stock and purchases to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience with Retail Sales and Organization Skills to manage day-to-day store operations and inventory
- Capability in Training and guiding store personnel to maintain compliance with operational standards and goals
- Problem-solving mindset and decision-making abilities to address supply chain and inventory challenges
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or procurement activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
