Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Operations Manager to lead our retail operations in Kurla, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store performance, driving sales, managing inventory, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Monitor and analyze key business KPIs
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve operational goals
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and shrinkage control
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle P&L responsibilities and expense management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Coordinate with management to improve store productivity and profitability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail store management
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management
- Experience handling sales targets and team performance
- Knowledge of P&L management and reporting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
