Job Title: Store / Operations Manager — Pet Clinic (Dwarka)
About Us Billu & Bella is a one-stop pet solution clinic in Sector 23, Dwarka — grooming,
veterinary care, pet retail, and more under one roof. We’re looking for a hands-on manager
to run the show day-to-day and grow with us.
What You’ll Own
Daily operations across all departments — grooming, vet consults, retail, and front desk
Staff coordination and scheduling (groomers, vets, front-desk, support)
Billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
Inventory — pet food, medicines, accessories (ordering, stock, expiry checks)
Customer experience — handling walk-ins, appointments, complaints, and follow-ups
Keeping the clinic clean, compliant, and running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
A natural organiser who stays calm when it’s busy
Loves animals and genuinely cares about pet welfare
Comfortable with people — firm with staff, warm with customers
Basic computer/billing software and WhatsApp-level tech comfort
Honest with money and reliable with timings
Experience is a plus, not a must — we hire on attitude and train the rest
