Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Officer based in Jaipur. The Store Officer will manage day-to-day inventory operations, including stock control, stock management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The role also involves fostering efficient workflow and supporting the overall operational needs of the organization. Ensure proper documentation for GRNs, stock transfers, issue notes, and inventory records. Coordinate with the Purchase, Admin, Accounts, IT & other cross function departments for material planning and reconciliation. Ensure safe storage practices and compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare inventory reports such as stock status, aging, slow/non-moving items. Manage scrap, obsolete, and surplus inventory as per company policy and also own E-waste drive as per frequency decided. Familiar with Civil project works, and has managed onsite construction activities for any commercial spaces or offices or with builders. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects and MEP teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Stock Management processes
- Experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management systems
- Understanding and ability to manage Purchase Orders
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office is a plus
