Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Store Officer will be responsible for managing stock and inventory, processing purchase orders, ensuring accurate records of materials and supplies, and maintaining efficient stock levels. The role involves coordinating with procurement teams, monitoring inventory movements, and implementing effective stock control measures. The Store Officer will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations at the project sites.
Qualifications
- Experience in Stock Control and Stock Management processes
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and ensuring timely procurement
- Skilled in Inventory Control and Inventory Management practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with inventory management software is an added advantage
- Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma is preferred
- Prior experience in construction or a related industry will be beneficial
