Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a dual-position as Store Manager and Sales Executive. The responsibilities include managing daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing retail strategies to meet sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandise standards. The role also involves overseeing inventory control, ensuring loss prevention measures, and addressing customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain high levels of client relationships and loyalty
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Proven expertise in Store Management to oversee retail operations and ensure seamless workflows
- Capability in Retail Loss Prevention to maintain inventory control and minimize shrinkage
- Leadership and team management experience to inspire and lead a high-performing retail team
- Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for luxury goods is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using retail management software and basic computer skills
- High school diploma required; a degree in business management or a related field is preferred
