Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales targets and improve store revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle high-value clients
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals
- Maintain inventory, stock movement, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing processes, and store SOPs
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with management
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in jewellery retail
- Must be fluent in Hindi & English both
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, sales techniques, and store operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on sales growth
