Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager for our pharmacy location in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and customer-centric management of the pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. You will manage all aspects of store performance, ensuring compliance with health regulations and driving business growth. This is an on-site role that requires effective leadership and operational expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, customers, and healthcare partners.
- Proven experience in Store Management with the ability to oversee operations and lead a team efficiently.
- Retail Loss Prevention experience to safeguard inventory and minimize financial losses.
- Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving in a retail or pharmacy environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a retail pharmacy setting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Management, or any relevant discipline is preferred.
