Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations : Ensure the smooth running of the store during operating hours, delivering a luxurious, ethos-driven experience for every client, while remaining flexible to business needs. Share regular progress reports, including sales analysis and data.
Inventory Management : Maintain impeccable store presentation and ambience, and oversee inventory control and stock levels in coordination with the India team, ensuring clients always have access to off-the-rack collections.
Supply Chain & Production Logistics : Coordinate deliveries and key information in line with client invoices to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets & KPIs : Drive the store to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and innovative sales approaches, with targets set to grow steadily over time.
Client Retention : Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized services such as exclusive previews and consultations, informed by a strong understanding of existing and potential clients.
Brand Promotion : Research and curate marketing plans through events and strategic networking to establish and elevate Vaishali S Couture's presence in the Parisian market.
Event Management : Conceive and host in-store events : from product launches and fashion shows to client appreciation evenings : that showcase our collections and sustainable ethos while creating memorable client experiences.
Social Media Management : Manage the store's social media presence with engaging content that drives online engagement and expands our digital footprint across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Public Relations : Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and travelling clientele to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Campaign Analysis : Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to continuously refine strategies — highlighting collection concepts, our story, and sustainability : for optimal results.
