Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager specializing in Luxury Retail at one of our Multi-Brand Outlets (MBO) or Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, manage team performance, and drive store profitability. Responsibilities include inventory management, tracking sales goals, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and cultivating a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact between the store team and the management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver top-tier shopping experiences
- Excellent Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention capabilities to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively lead and mentor a team and facilitate customer engagement
- Proven leadership abilities and prior experience in managing staff within a retail environment
- Understanding of luxury retail trends and customer behavior is highly advantageous
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant retail management tools and technology
