Store Manager - Luxury Jewellery Retail:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager who can take complete ownership of our showroom operations. The ideal candidate must think, behave, and lead like a true manager—maintaining discipline, managing employees, ensuring smooth store operations, and representing the brand with professionalism.
The Store Manager will oversee every aspect of the store, including staff management, customer experience, inventory, sales performance, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
Key Resposiblities:
• Manage complete day-to-day showroom operations.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and train store employees.
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, attendance, and employee performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a luxury in-store experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
• Coordinate with management regarding business operations and promotional activities.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and premium presentation standards throughout the showroom.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Take complete responsibility for smooth functioning of the store.
Required Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage employees and store operations.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and decision-making abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with strong customer relationship skills.
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
Jewellery Knowledge (Mendotory)
The candidate must possess sound knowledge of:
• Gold Jewellery
• Diamond Jewellery
• Polki Jewellery
• Silver Jewellery (92.5 Sterling Silver)
• Jewellery designs, categories, and customer preferences
• Basic understanding of BIS Hallmarking, IGI, and GIA certifications
Prefered Experience:
Candidates with previous experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
