Whiteforce Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for retail management and a desire to grow within a dynamic company.
Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order new inventory, and ensure that products are properly displayed.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Whiteforce Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd.
- Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance and maximize sales.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Compliance: Ensure that the store complies with all company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to senior management.
- Promotions: Plan and execute promotional events and activities to drive store traffic and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
