Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager - Jewelry at Gems Paradise, located in Jaipur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and aim to maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining retail loss prevention processes, tracking inventory, and driving sales performance. The role demands leadership and the ability to ensure the store operates efficiently, creating a memorable shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills to efficiently manage operations and minimize shrinkage.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build lasting relationships and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with staff, customers, and leadership seamlessly.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team dynamically to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of luxury jewelry is a strong benefit.
- Experience in retail or hospitality management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
