Job Purpose
To achieve store sales targets, maintain brand standards, ensure excellent customer experience, manage the overall store operations & effectively lead the store team.
Job Description
Achievement of store monthly sales targets.
Improving the existing sales conversion ratio.
Recommending coordinated accessories along with the main outfit to create a complete look & enhance the overall avearge bill value.
VIP client retention
Improving the existing client repeat percentage.
Ensuring client complaints are resolved within 24 hours.
High client satisfaction & positive feedback maintained at the store.
Ensuring high standards of customer hospitality maintained at the store.
Ensuring mannequins are dressed properly, key outfits are highlighted & accessories are displayed neatly.
Bringing improvement in existing individual staff productivity (sales per employee) at store.
Giving product knowledge, grooming & discipline training to the existing staff of the store.
Reducing existing order error rate & improving the existing percentage orders delivered on time.
Ensuring stock accuracy, billing accuracy & store SOP compliance at the store.
Experience
5- 8 years of experience in luxury retail preferably in high end men's ethnic wear.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Store Manager / Asst Store Manager along with proven track record of achieving sales store targets.
Experience in VIP customer handling along with client relationship management,
