Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Store Manager in the High-End Fabric & Couture segment, based in Rajouri Location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage staff to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing effective communication channels, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a high-quality experience to clientele.
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Operations to oversee daily activities and maintain smooth functioning.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize risks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Leadership ability to manage a team effectively and inspire them toward achieving sales and service goals.
- Familiarity with high-end fabric or couture markets, along with a passion for fashion, is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is a plus.
