Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) based in Hyderabad. The CXM will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and optimizing the customer experience from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer concerns, improving service processes, analyzing customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery. The CXM will also proactively engage with clients to ensure their unique needs are met and provide creative solutions to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Customer Experience and understanding customer needs
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer feedback using excellent Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal/written communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused mindset
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, especially in event planning, hospitality, or related industries, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
