Varsaca Homes, a D2C handcrafted Indian home décor brand, is looking for a Store Manager cum Customer Experience Manager to lead our studio experience in Balewadi, Pune.
You'll be the face of Varsaca — welcoming customers, curating their in-store journey, and ensuring our studio reflects the brand's aesthetic at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers through their studio visit
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations
- Maintain studio presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Represent the brand with warmth, polish, and confidence
Who We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome
- Background in interior design, fashion design, or boutique/retail preferred
- Candidates from creative/artistic backgrounds looking to explore retail/customer experience are encouraged to apply
- Presentable, well-spoken, strong communication skills
- Based in or around Balewadi, Pune, or willing to commute
