Role Description
As a Store Manager at Zuari FarmHub Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our agri retail store located in Nashik. This is a full-time, on-site role. Key responsibilities include managing store activities, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory and stock levels, preventing retail losses, and leading a team to meet sales and operational goals. Additionally, you will maintain a positive store environment and uphold company standards for excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, with the ability to keep operations efficient and effective.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise, ensuring a superior shopping experience for every customer.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Experience leading a team and achieving retail targets is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in agriculture, agritech, or retail industries is an advantage.
