Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and store upkeep. The role includes driving sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and implementing initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. The Store Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service on the floor, handle escalations, and foster a welcoming, solution-oriented environment for all visitors. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with regional and corporate teams, maintaining compliance with company policies, and training team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong store operations and Store Management skills, including team leadership, shift planning, and inventory oversight.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage feedback constructively.
- Hands-on Customer Service experience, including handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including shrinkage control, cash handling discipline, and adherence to security protocols.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably furniture, home décor, or lifestyle products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
- Comfort with basic POS systems, sales reporting, and MS Office or similar tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
