Become part of a venture capital-backed premium lab-grown diamond jewelry brand that is expanding from 7 to over 20 stores within the next year. As a Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, foster sales excellence, and develop a high-performing team to support this rapid retail growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store activities, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and enhancing the customer experience at the Mumbai and Thane locations
- Meet sales objectives by coaching the team, monitoring performance, and delivering high-quality customer service
- Lead a team of sales executives by overseeing recruitment, providing training, and fostering motivation
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure store security
- Work closely with regional leadership to support store expansions and new store openings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management, ideally within luxury jewelry or fashion sectors
- Demonstrated success in boosting sales and leading teams effectively
- Customer-centric approach with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-growing work environment
