Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at our Delhi Cantonment location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage the team, and maintain store appearance while maximizing profitability. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing store policies, fostering a customer-friendly environment, and ensuring achievement of sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive in-store experience for all shoppers.
- Strong Communication skills for team management and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Experience in Store Management and Retail, with a focus on operational efficiency and sales improvement.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize losses while maintaining a secure shopping environment.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff, inventory, and daily activities effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field is preferred.
