Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Ranchi. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient store management, achieve sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising and training staff, developing sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in store operations management, inventory control, and team supervision
- Skills in customer relationship management and delivering excellent service experiences
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Understanding of sales strategies, merchandising, and retail market trends
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred but not mandatory
