Job Title: Store Manager

Role Overview
A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing overall store operations, driving sales performance, managing the team, and delivering a premium customer experience. The role requires strong expertise in apparel retail along with in-depth knowledge of fabrics, styling, and garment handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive store sales and consistently achieve business targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store team (Fashion Consultants, Cashiers, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
- Guide customers and team on styling, fabric selection, and product suitability
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity
- Handle escalated customer concerns effectively
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and shrinkage control
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audit compliance, and company policies
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and business performance metrics

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in apparel retail (mandatory)*
- Prior experience in a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager role*
- Strong knowledge of fabrics (cotton, silk, blends, synthetics, etc.) and garment types*
- Understanding of styling, fits, and customer preferences*
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
