Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar for a Store Manager at V-Mart Retail Ltd. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage stock levels, and train and motivate staff. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer service, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and driving sales performance. The role also involves ensuring the store meets quality standards and achieves its business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee operations and protect store assets.
- Highly effective Communication skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team successfully.
- Proven ability to analyze sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in retail, preferably in managing stores with diverse product categories.
- Understanding of economic trends and customer preferences in a regional or local context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
