Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for fostering a positive store environment, meeting sales targets, managing product displays, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of store operations will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Proven experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team effectively
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inventory and address store challenges
- Work experience in retail or a related field; familiarity with fashion retail is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a similar field is preferred
- Passion for fashion and ability to align with our brand values
