Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Supervise and guide store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain proper stock levels and handle inventory management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily or monthly reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, display, and product arrangement.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper billing procedures.
- Train and motivate employees to improve productivity.
