Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales performance and meeting financial targets. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and facilitating smooth customer interactions. The Store Manager will also identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience and handle customer concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members
- Experience in Store Management, including team supervision, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with store policies
- Ability to lead a team, problem-solve in a fast-paced retail environment, and maintain a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in retail software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
