Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Jodi Store, Kala Ghoda – Mumbai
About Jodi
Jodi Life is a contemporary lifestyle and fashion brand known for its vibrant prints, handcrafted details, and storytelling-led design. We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Kala Ghoda store experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Jodi brand ethos
* Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
* Lead, train, and motivate the retail team on customer service, styling, and product knowledge
* Manage inventory, stock movement, VM standards, and replenishment
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
* Handle customer queries, escalations, and post-purchase relationships professionally
* Coordinate with internal teams for operations, logistics, and merchandising requirements
* Monitor store reports, sales data, and team productivity regularly
* Ensure adherence to store SOPs, billing processes, and operational compliance
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Sales-driven mindset with strong customer relationship skills
* Good understanding of visual merchandising and luxury/premium retail experience
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficiency in POS systems and retail reporting
