Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management to ensure smooth functioning and a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating merchandising and visual displays, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will also analyze store performance metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with regional and head office teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including team supervision, sales oversight, inventory handling, and adherence to operational standards.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and safeguard store assets.
- Relevant experience in fashion or retail store management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in retail management, business, or a related field is preferred.
